Canton Chinese Restaurant,
1118 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver,

You'll love it
if: You've always
wanted to try two dozen
Chinese dishes in one
sitting.
Bring:
Anyone trying to bulk up
for football season.
Be sure to try:
The teriyaki chicken, which
balances salty and sweet,
and the General Tso's chicken,
which tingles the tongue
with just enough spice.
You should know:
Two cups of the average
restaurant's General Tso's
chicken has 830 calories,
37 grams total fat and 7
grams saturated fat, according
to the April 2005 issue
of O magazine.
Don't go if:
You just had a heart attack.

When you're in a pinch for
time, but still want lunch
out. I went at 11:30 a.m.,

and was out of the restaurant
at noon. To avoid any chance
of getting caught in the
lunch or dinner rushes,
try going at 11 a.m. or
4 p.m.

$6.25; dinner buffet beginning
at 3 p.m. Monday through

from the menu, appetizers
start at 85 cents, and most
